SPIJL Portfolio
The asset management of a 10 property portfolio, five of which were single let industrial units, four multi-let estates and one redevelopment site, located in the Black Country, Shifnal and Telford. The portfolio extended to approximately 500,000 sqft and generated approximately £2m from 30 tenancies.

Advice in respect of debt restructuring; portfolio and asset management; investment acquisition and sale; tenant engineering; appointment and management of sub agents.


OKI, Cumbernauld – strategic occupational advice in respect of manufacturing properties

Review of ongoing liabilities; relocation options including funding. Coordinating relocation; dilapidations; landlord negotiations. Acquisition of vacant freehold property to relocate.

Acquisition of an existing Habitat store which was redeveloped as a Sainsburys Local on ground and basement levels, with residential above.


PPG Metro Portfolio
Off market acquisition of mixed retail, office, industrial and development portfolio. Sale or development of existing assets once strategic management plans delivered. Core city centre sites that have since been developed to comprise prime city centre offices.

Acquisition of prime, mixed city centre investment. Creating and successfully implementing asset management plan. Restructuring existing occupational basis, refurbishing and reletting vacant accommodation. Securing increased rental tone and value through market letting and the rent review process. The original asset management plan written and initiated by David Henderson continues to be applied by the current owner and the local asset manager.
